low carb reduced calorie diet(really reduced)
my question is......if im consuming 2000 calories plus or minus....and my protien intake is around 345g+ and my carb intake is under 100 grams a day...is this hurting me or helping me...if my body is getting the right amounts of protien will it still eat up my muscle or will it burn the fat...im 6'1 251lbs.....but even though my calorie intake is so low i still feel fine through out the day...... im trying to loose bodyfat (obviously)......i dont want to consume a lot of carbs cause i am an endomorph body type and i dont want to give myself anything else to store as fat.....but if i need to up my carb intake some i will......i also plan on haveing a higher carb day to keep my body from adjusting.....just let me know whats up.....its really hard for me to lose bf so im taking it to extremes......i also added a tren test stack along with some clen ..it has worked wounders for me in the past and im sure it will do the same again......also the other reason im asking is because tren help feed efficancy thats why it is good on a low cal diet....if you want to check out what im eating go look at the memeber pic forum and you will see me and what i eat down to the T.....its a 3 food 3 liquid diet....im just looking for something to tweak my diet a bit.....im not asking for critism on using AS. but if you feel you need to then be my guest...it aint gonna b other me any....thanx guys

You must use really low GI carbs,be wise and select.

but it is ok that i am going anywhere from 1800-2200 cals a day and keeping my protien up......like i said in the member pic forum there are pics of me and posts of what i eat.....i post my exacts at the end of each day down to the T....i just want to make sure im only burning fat and not muscle.

simply put bro keep ur protein hi take in about 150 low gi carbs a day 10-20g efa's a day. now if ur losing more then 2lbs a week you could possibly be tapping into ur muscle so try to keep it about 2lbs a week. so if u do lose more then 2lbs a week up ur carbs to 200.

i understand fully.... im actually eating some broccoli asparagus and chicken as i type this....but as far as me tapping into muscle does that apply if im taking tren seeing as how it ups the efficiancy of your food intake

well since ur on cycle i wouldnt worry about losing muscle until u get to around 12% bf.

definitely eat more carbs and get atleast 2200 cals for a starting point. if u have time to eat more whole food meals do that as well.

I hate doing math but I think your macros should be this.
320pro 160carb 70fat 2550cals.
50/25/25
If you don't lose any then up the cardio. If you lose more than 2lbs week then up carbs.
Thats assuming you are 250 with 15%bf

right now as of yesterday i weighed in at 251 i think im closer to 20-22%
thats why im trying to keep it pretty low untill my tren and cyp kick in then im going to up things a bit to get a lean bulk going and and im jsut gonna let the tren and test along with cardio and diet take care of the bf....thanx for looking out bro...if you want to see pics and keep up with my progress check out my tread in members pics look for starting test cyp and fina tommarow

you only need 1.5g of protein per [B]lean[B]pound, so if you are 100 lbs and got 10% bf you only need around 135g of protein give or take some a day, not much.. i tried the diet you ar eon, high protein low carb moderate fat, wasn't good, felt awful, no energy, i know eat around180g carbs a day low gi, and i am trying to cut down, and i have seen no loss in progress and a lot more energy, carbohydrates are good!

yea i know exactly what you are sayin.....im only going to be doing this for maybe another 2 weeks untill my tren and cyp fully kick in then i will up everything significantly....but right now while im keeping my carbs low im going to keep my protien intake up closer to around 2g per pound of lbm......as far as feeling like shit and not having energy....thats what i got adderall for...im prescribed it but i use it to my advantage.....thanx for the input bro if you want to keep up with my progress check out my thread in members pics.

I used to feel like that but since I got my fats in order I feel great heres my diet
Meal 1:
25g whey protein
24g protein liquid eggwhites
7g fat flax oil
7g fat coconut oil
1 serving broccoli
Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
1 serving broccoli
Meal 3:
8oz chicken breast
1 serving broccoli
7g fat flax (teaspoon
Meal 4:
Same as meal 2
Meal 5: PWO
50g whey protein
7g fat flax
Meal 6:
8oz chicken breast
1 serving asparagus
2 servings natty PB...
Not lacking energy not hungry just feeling great...
well this is my super low carb day anyway...
Oh and for the op bigmac... the fats in my diet for a reason.... you need it especially at your body weight.... I also eat 2 servings of natty PB throughout the night when I get hungry I noticed a few things when adding the fat... I felt less drained... I kept losing fat and seemed to put on a little muscle at the same time... but I carb cycle so this is my super low carb day as I said My macros fall right around:
350g protein
30g carbs
120g fat
and on my carb up day they hit:
325g protein
350g carbs
