well first off what do you do, tell us about your job so we can get an understanding of it

second, bring a gallon of water to work and drink it periodiically, if your boss has a problem with that then tell him that it's proven that even mild dehydration can weaken muscle contration by 10-15%, meaning letting you drink water will allow you to work harder and longer

i'm with ya on that, i just dug, prepped, subsoiled and layed a huge slab a couple days ago by myself and today i moved close to 1 ton of piled dirt using a shovel, it sucks hardcore

i would bring homemade burger patties and eat a couple every couple hours, they could fit in your pockets and you could just go use the restroom every couple hours and down one.

for carbs i would bring bananas, precooked oatmeal, or some cooked sweet potatos mashed up and put in a disposible cup or ziplock bag that you can fit in your pocket while you work

for fats just go to the store and get fish oil and flax oil gel caps and take 4-5 with the meals that don't have carbs, remember, pro/carb or pro/fat meals, don't mix carbs and fats

Cell tech won't make you gain 30lbs by august. It is better than skipping meals though.
