6ft 180 - 185 lbs running a 10 -12 week cycle of TEST Enth at 600mg a week

I am 37 and feel sloppy not totallly out of shape by any mean just not happy withthe end product.

I would like to REDUCE my body fat while incleasing my muscle mass..... so I guess a healthy combo of bulk and cut..... average man stuff.... I read the stickies.... but it all sounds weird...

GOAL is to get to about 190 - 195 and look leaner ..... I don't think that thats allot to ask for and should be acheivable....... just need help with the diet / cardio portion.... I can eat... but Im not sure as to HOW MUCH and what.. Please help a middle aged newb out...

I will start a weekly thread once it gets rolling FYI... Im an old HS / College baseball jock,,,, stuggling to keep up with the 17 year olds I coach.... FAWKING hate it...

I will answer anything you need to know within reason... just don't want to waste the gear and be "that Guy" that didnt eat right ....
