Bulking Diet
I was hoping everybody could give me a little help with my bulking diet. By all calculations, I need a little over 5000 calories to bulk. I'm 6'8" and 238lbs and can't seem to gain much more. I worked my diet to 4700 calories, but wanted some opionions. I think my fat % are a little low. I want to keep my bf gained low because my body gains in the stomach first. Sorry I attached it in a word document.
Thanks guys.

Not a bad looking diet. I am no expert though.
If you want to add some more fat, try adding some olive oil to your tuna. Take a couple of tbs. of olive oil throughout the day. Each one is packed with good fat and something like 120 calories. Avocado is good to, fresh avocado is a great combo with a small piece of grilled salmon and some fresh greens/spinach on whole wheat bread.

Oh, and don't try to do what I did when recently.
I literally took shots of olive oil. It made my stomach upset. Tbs. is a much better size.

Fish oil and coconut oil are also good sources of extra fat calories.

I'm hoping that where it says protein you dont mean a protein shake for all of those meals. If so, it needs to change immediatley, the only time you need a shake is PWO, the other meals should be protein from whole foods, maybe some red meat in 1 or 2 of them and lean protein for the others.

Is it really more important to eat protein vs. drinking it?

Thanks. Any thoughts about how I can get solid protein in me in less that 1 minute? I work as a teacher and I have class from 7:30-11:30 all year long. I get a two two minute breaks in between classes, but thats it and with kids leaving and coming it there is no time to sit down and eat. Since I am out for summer now it is no problem changing to solid protein, but for 190 days it is impossible. Any ideas on cheap protein?

cans of tuna. taste just awful, but real cheap and does the trick. Stand over a sink with a glass of water or mor less force-feed yourself a can or two.
