    minimum amount of meals per day

    Hey all, just wondering what everyones opinion on how many meals is not enough throughout the day??? at the moment, i'm averaging around 5 meals a day.

    No offence to some of you guys, but there is no way in hell i can have 8 meals a day... my life is just too busy to do this, plus for me there are more important things in life than training, although this is high in my list!!

    so just wondering, assuming the right amount of cals pro, carb and fat ar taken in, what do you all think is the optimum amount of meals to be eaten, as well as the minimum amount of meals to have per day?

    You should eat every 3-3.5 hours at a minimum. So figure out how many hours you are up and figuring in pwo nutrition and go from there! You dont have to eat all food meals. Throw in some protein shakes and bars and you should have no trouble getting the proper amount in one day!
