Hey all, just wondering what everyones opinion on how many meals is not enough throughout the day??? at the moment, i'm averaging around 5 meals a day.

No offence to some of you guys, but there is no way in hell i can have 8 meals a day... my life is just too busy to do this, plus for me there are more important things in life than training, although this is high in my list!!

so just wondering, assuming the right amount of cals pro, carb and fat ar taken in, what do you all think is the optimum amount of meals to be eaten, as well as the minimum amount of meals to have per day?
