    Exclamation Andolini Plan

this diet helped me get into the marines as i went from 276 to 248 in a month.

    Day 1:

Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice Toast, 2 tsp Peanut butter

Lunch: 1/2 Cup Tuna, 1 Slice Toast, 1 Cup of Cofee or Tea

Dinner: 2 Slices of any type of Meat (3 oz), 1 Cup of beets, 1 Cup Green beans, 1 Small Orange

desert: 1 Cup vanilla Ice Cream

    Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 slice of Toast, 1/2 Banana

Lunch: 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 5 Saltine Crackers

Dinner: 2 Hot Dogs, 1 Cup of Broccoli, 1/2 Cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana

Desert: 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Icecream* i usually mix the banana and icecream at the same time

    Day 3:

Breakfast: 1 Hard Boiled Egg, 1 Slice of Toast

Lunch: 5 Saltine Crackers, 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese (1 oz.), 1 Small Orange

Dinner: 1 Cup of tuna, 1 Cup of beets, 1 Cup of Cauliflower

Desert: 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream, 1/2 Cup of Cantaloupe

This Diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS DIET IN ANY WAY! SALT AND PEPPER MAY BE USED... BUT NO OTHER SEASONINGS!! THIS DIET IS TO BE USED FOR 3 DAYS AT A TIME AND 3 DAYS ONLY!. IN 3 DAYS YOU CAN LOOSE 5-10 POUNDS! after 3 days you can return to a normal but conservative diet for 4 days then back on the 3 day diet.

i did this and noticed pretty good results in the first two weeks

I wouldnt suggest this diet to anyone.

Congrats on losing weight and all but this diet is god awful and I guarantee almost a 100% return to normal weight after this. Pointless.

That is easily one of the trashiest diets I have ever seen posted and has no business being posted on this discussion board. To all newbies reading this post, I dont care if your 200 pounds over-weight, DO NOT USE THAT DIET. Good luck and god bless.
