Meal 1 8 am
8 oz tuna, 2 oz of other lean protein source, 1 cup oats three tablespoons of honey

Meal 2 10 am
-two scoops of protein powder in water
-one cup of oats

Meal 3 1 pm
8 oz of Turkey two slices of wheat bread
veggie
Diet coke 12 oz
(every other day large carb meal here with 500 mg of Glucophage-see cycle below)

Meal 4 4 pm
6 oz can of tuna
One cup of oats
two tomatoes

Pre workout protein shake one scoop

Meal 5 7 p.m

med sweet pot.
