    Enough Calories?

    Hi everyone. I want to make sure that I am eating enough calories. I am trying to get my weight up to 220 before I start my cycle. What does everyone think? I have always been pretty lean.

    Im 21
    6'2
    212 lbs

    I make sure that I eat at least 4k calories a day. (usually falls from 4000-4300)

    Roughly
    85g Fat 20%
    450-500g Carbs 45%
    350g Protein 35%

    Most everyday it is clean food. (fast food maybe twice a week) I'm pretty busy with school so I don't have a bunch of time to write down my diet. For protein I eat a lot of egg whites, fish, chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, fat free cottage cheese, and 2 whey shakes per day(including pwo). I get my carbs from pasta, whole wheat bread, fruit,but mostly oats and brown rice. I get my fats from whole eggs, peanut butter, milk (sometimes), and fish oils. What do you guys think? Enough? I am open for any suggestions. Thank you!

    Macro's look good to me and so do the food choices but for better input you need to write out every meal and the macro's for each. Finding out your BMR and activity level would also help.

    If you can make some room for some vegetables as well, more nutritious than flour pasta.

    Calories looks fine. Good luck.

    how many meals a day and in what in each of them ? really we need more info. ur also 21 and ur hormones r at there optimum level.

    I probably do not eat enough vegetables, I need to work on that. I break it up into about 7 meals per day. I will try to post my exact meals a bit later. Thanks
