    too many protein drings??

i just like to know your opinions on whether i have too many protein drinks
I am trying to gain some weight at the moment and am struggling to get the 4000 calories needed
    weight 185 lbs present
    i have 40g whey/50 g oats whith skimmed milk at 7am
then same again at 3pm an hour before training
    A PWO of 40g whey/80g WMS
sometimes i have just 40g whey in the middle of the night if i wake up
the rest of my food intake is good
i`m going for 350g protein and 500g carbs with around 70g fat
    any input!!

"I prefer Whey only twice a day at Breakfast and PWO. Pre-Workout use a lean protein source instead of a shake. And during the night Whey is pretty useless Casein + Fat would be much better in my opinion."

a blend of proteins would actually be better during the night (apologies i was thinking of before bed) different forms of casein, whey, soya together. i wouldnt use Flax at this time just ***** 3-6-9 fatty acids.

I would be interested myself in any other opinions on this.
