Eat every 2-3 hrs,50g protein,30g carbs every meal - good test diet?
Hi,I was advised this as a guide to how much protein,carbs,fat I should be taking in only daily basis on my upcoming 12wk 400mg/week test cyp cycle.
Is this good guide and do I need to include much fat?

I'm 29,170 lbs,never calculated but very little BF,goal is to bulk up much as poss.
I normally find it easy to get cut if that helps...

fats?? i take 6k fish oil everyday as a minimum..The answer to your every question

Assuming you are eating 6 times a day that would put your carbs at 180. That is not nearly enough being you said your goal is to bulk up. Then again, if you trust the person who advised you on the diet maybe you should follow their advice. You can get a thousand different opinions on here, most of which will have some merit.
