My new diet! Comments and suggestions please
Well ok, here it is. have been doing some reading etc and have come up with this diet. I'm 85 kg, (187 pounds) 5'11'' with roughly around 14-15% bf. Just to help with suggestions and comments, my goal is to pack on lean gains bringing weight up to 92kg (202 pounds) whilst lowering bf to around 11-12%
Meal 1: cup of oats and 4 egg whites, 30g whey protein shake
Meal 2: 200 grams of tuna with salad (tuna has 16p, 3c, 1f per 100g) and a small handfull of almonds
Meal 3: 150g of chicken or turkey breast with 150g rice (which rice?)
Meal 4: Pre work out shake (whey) with carbs and superpump250
Meal 5: PWO (whey) with carbs, teespoon glutamine, and BCAA sups
Meal 6: Large serving of chicken, steak or kangeroo meat veggies/salad
Meal 7: Protein shake, multivitamin, vitamin c, glutamine
This is something i made up over last few days. i have been eating less than this and have been hungry, and am not really seeing the results i need, however have been losing fat! so upped the amount of intake! not entirely sure on how many calories, protien, carbs and fat there is here, but hopefully im on the right track! by looking at this can anyone tell the amount of P,C,F and cals...macros???
All the help would be greatly appreciated as I really need to get a solid diet set before i can really get serious results
Cheers

Also, is meal 7 the right times to be having the vitamins etc. And i also feel that there may be too many protein shakes. One other thing, superpump250 is a nitric oxide! any suggestions on whether this is good or should i go for a creatine instead?

Too many shakes. Post with macros. Nobody can look at it and tell you the nutritional value of a "large serving" of meat, and those different meats will have different values as well. That is for you to research. Have you read the stickies on the top of the diet forum? If not, take a look. I can't speak for (or against) superpump 250; never used it, don't know what's in it.
