Protein/Fat meals??
Any suggestions on a protein and fat meal??
(Considering a shake with flax but want solid food alternatives also)
Protein and carbs is easy and i try to keep these minimal fat.
I take plenty of veggies on board and protein with every meal.
PWO is a shake 50g Protein, 50g Dextrose + 50g Maltodextrin
Stats:
Age: 32
Height: 5ft 11"
Weight: 189lbs
B/F: 12%
Looking to cut for a few more weeks and then starting 2nd cycle start of sept.

Almonds are a great fat source that are high in fibre and contain vitamin E which is an anti-oxidant. Better than drinking various oils aswell.

Thanks for that but still want something with a lot less carbs in it.
I take almonds with a lean protein source as one of my other meals (snack time)

bro....sardines, salmon, eggs, avocado(not much protien), thats enough...the carbs from the almonds are fiberous i think and will not get you fat..maybe i'm wrong but i don htink so because i tear up the almonds unsalted uncooked all the time even betteris walnuts and i stay lean
