    Bulking Cycle Help

    Im preparing for a cycle down the road and wanna get my diet close to perfect as i prossibly can, i know my diet needs a lot of work thats why i came here so any suggestions would be well appreciated.

    Morning:
    3 Egg whites, 2 toasts on whole wheat, and a bowl of special K serial

    2 hours later:
    a serving of Muscle Juice

    Lunch:
    ham and turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with veggies.

    2 hours later:
    a serving of Muscle Juice

    Dinner:
    Chicken with Rice

    Training:
    after training a serving of cell mass

    1 hour and a half later:
    Serving of muscle juice and Chicken Strips.

    I would suggest you read some of the sticky's at the top of this forum and start over. I would begin to modify it but there is not a single meal that does not need to be redone. You also need to post some stats before anyone can give you any really tailored advice.
