Im preparing for a cycle down the road and wanna get my diet close to perfect as i prossibly can, i know my diet needs a lot of work thats why i came here so any suggestions would be well appreciated.
Morning:
3 Egg whites, 2 toasts on whole wheat, and a bowl of special K serial
2 hours later:
a serving of Muscle Juice
Lunch:
ham and turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with veggies.
2 hours later:
a serving of Muscle Juice
Dinner:
Chicken with Rice
Training:
after training a serving of cell mass
1 hour and a half later:
Serving of muscle juice and Chicken Strips.
