    Yet another dairy question....

I am well aware that if your trying to cut, you should avoid all types of dairy since they come from lactating cows

but!! ..... how about "Lactose FREE" milk??

They have this amazing milk at H.E.B. called Mootopia!!

    this thing is amazing !!

    *Fat Free
    *12g Protein per serving
    *6g of Carb (Sugars) !!!!!

can you beleive this !!! Sooo..... IF the dairy is lactose free, does that mean its ok to consume?

my primary goal for the summer is to tone up as much possible, so trust me, ill make any sacrifices if need be

sooo.... Lactose free ok? THanks in advance everyone for your help!!

Its the pasteurizing and homogenizing of the milk fat that messes up milk. Raw milk in its natural form is very good for you. Lactose free is just letting people drink milk who aren't able to normally. Try looking here for raw milk near you: www.realmilk.com/where.html
