what do you guys think?
First a little about myself, im 23 i currently weigh 202lbs... im currently deployed to iraq. I only have like 55 days left though, thank god. when i came to iraq i weighed 195 at 20 percent body fat. now i weigh 202 at 16 percent body fat. I decided its time to cut. its hard in iraq because of missions which usually last from 8am until 5 or 6 in the evening. I work with iraqi police and i spend most of my time at there station training them so i do have time to eat. I decided to start cutting and i have to get most of my stuff at the px. here is my diet, when i say lean protien im talking about either canned tuna, chicken, or boiled egg whites from the chow hall. each meal that says lean protien is 40-50 grams.
7am- lean protien, instant oatmeal (its not the best, the oatmeal has 40g of carbs, 18 of which is sugar)
9-10am lean protien 2-3 tbs of peanut butter.... waiting of flax oil to ocme in the mail.
12-lean protien
3pm-lean protien, oatmeal
5pm or so i workout
7pm-post owrkout meal... usually at the chow hall, lean protien and brown rice/potatoes or whatever is available at the chow hall... small portion
bedtime- shake and peanut butter
on days i dont have mission i usually have veggies with my meal i get at the chow hall. i do cardio 3-5 times a week. usually intervals for 20-30 minutes, or ill do a 20 min run at 8mph. currenly taking primo and winnie to help cut.
what do you guys think??

why you eatin peanut butter with your shake at night and in the morning?

i was trying to get about 50g of fat a day. I thought peanut butter was considered "healthy" fats. I ordered flax oil to replace my peanut butter. it should arrive in about a week.

good, you will prob get enough fats from your real protein sources, the peanut butter is real easy to get carryed away with, been there done that

on a cutting diet you can not take any flax and get all the fats you need from your food, nark was talking about it in his cutting diet thread
