    diet base

    ok this is the diet im aiming for and have been eating, i will add macros later. but i am aiming for 500 calories per meal

    Breakfast: 2 whole egss, 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup of oatmeal(measured uncooked), Multi V and fish oil caps

    2-3 hours later: Lean ground beef, with Sweet potato (usually would be green veggies but i was out of them today)

    Training
    PWO shake

    1 hour after training: 2 Chicken Breast with sweet potato

    2-3 hours later: 2 chicken breast withbrown rice

    2-3 hours later: 2 chicken breast with sweet potato

    before bed: Chicken breast and one scoop protien shake.

    From what you got there this looks pretty solid. Let's see you post them macros

    From what I have been reading on these forums, rice is kinda frowned upon. Stick with the sweet potatoes, veggies, oats for carbs. Also, why not 1/2 cup of oats? 1/2 cup is 27 carbs I believe.

    i play hockey about 1-2 a week what kinda veggies and how much anybody got a idea ill throw the macros up tomrrow for sure when i get a chance

    I agree that you should probably eat more oats in the morning. Try to get at least 1/2 cup, but for bulking up you should try closer to 1 cup. As for veggies, there are plenty of good choices depending on what you like. Broccoli, asparagus, corn, most anything. But you should primarily be eating lots of potatoes, sweet or reg for carbs.
