    Cutting diet last few weeks

    6'1 217lbs 12 to 13% (on creatine so the machine gets thrown off a bit) 22age

    I have been dieting since May and want to putt the finish touches on my body so i took the carb lower and upped the fat a bit... so my cal % are 50p 20c 30f....what do you guys think will it work or not let me know THANKS


    Meal 1 – 4 oz sausage / 1 shake / 2/3cup rice cooked
    38.5c / 48.5p / 11f
    Meal 2 – 4oz chicken / 4oz meatloaf
    6.5c / 47p / 11f
    Meal 3 – 2 shakes / 2tbsp peanut butter
    15c / 55p / 18f
    Post Workout – 2 shakes, ˝ cup quick oats (precooked)
    34c / 53p / 4.5f
    Meal 5 – 4 oz steak / 4oz meatloaf
    6.5c / 46p/ 16.5f
    Meal 6 – 8oz tuna / 1tbs peanut butter / veggies
    3.5c / 48.5p / 13f



    TOTAL = 298p / 101c / 74f / 2262 calories

    IMO drop the creatine if you want your bf% to drop. It only makes me hold water and gives me that bloated look.
