Diet help
I found a diet in the threads here last night and I decided to give it a try. If you all could let me know if it is a decent one for my goals? I am 40, 202 lbs , 5'8",12%bf. I am starting 3rd cycle for bulking a simple 750mg Test/ 400mg Deca ,Test Prop 100mg eod kick started, 12 weeker. My goals are 10 to 12 lbs of muscle gain without much fat gain.. Ok here is diet I chose,
AM: Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 scoop whey protein, 1/2 cup raw oats.
71g Prot / 56g Carbs / 11g Fat
9:30 AM: Meal 2: Pro/Fat
2 scoops whey, 1/3 cup flax seed
48g Prot / 5g Carbs / 22g Fat
12:00 pm: Meal 3: Pro/Carb
1 cup whole wheat pasta, pork and veal meatballs.
50g Prot / 45g Carbs / 10g Fat
3:00 PM: Meal 4: Pro/Fat
220g salmon, 1 tbsp hemp oil.
44g Prot/ 17g Fat
5:30 PM: Meal 5 Pre Workout: Pro/Carb
1 Chicken Breast, 1 cup cooked brown rice
45g Prot / 45g Carbs / 9g Fat
6:00 PM: WORKOUT
7 - 7:30 PM: Meal 6 PWO: Pro/Carb
2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup raw oats, 1 banana
61g Prot / 56g Carbs / 5g Fat
10:30 PM: Meal 7 PPWO: Pro/Fat
1 chicken breast, 2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
51g Prot / 6g Carbs / 21g Fat
TOTALS: 370g Prot / 213g Carbs / 95g Fat / CALS = 3187

I don't see much wrong with that diet at all. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the whey with actual food lean proteins as much as possible
