here's a tough one for you.
my fiance is trying to gain weight and im try to lose some...any1 have a diet for both of us? im not spending$1000 a month on separate diets..so i need something that we both can eat...i know its conflicting itself ...or atleast have the same base meal like chicken and add differnt sides? i dunno...any suggestions.....im 177lbs..5'6'' dunno bf% look at my pic...shes 99lbs 5'4'' virually no bf...lol

I got a crockpot diet I came up w/ that Im real happy about. I am going to do 50% of my meals thru the crock pot and the other 50% outside of it.
crock pot
1.5 lbs deer meat 150g/0g/22g
2lb red potato 21g/180g/0g
1 large onion 0g/20g/0g
