So you are saying that not being able to spell 4 letter words correctly or "wording" things properly as you said before doesn't show if one is smart or not? And typing on the internet is completely different from reading or writing on paper in real life? I can also tell by these weak replies too.
I think you deserve a big, fat durkadurrrrr

and my misspelled words and lack of english vocabularly gets picked apart by someone who says durkadurrr,,,,,, riggghhht

haha this is not pissy at all. This is amused. Thriving? Oh you silly cinderblock you, don't flatter yourself!! You pretty much misspelled every word you typed, you didn't just make a few.
And haha bo bo is a good nickname for you too, good one.
I don't even want to ask YOUR age because I'm pretty sure you're older than me...and have a negative IQ score.

in responce to the thread starter
protein before bed is perfectly fine, though i would use a slow release like cottage cheese or a casein shake
your body is in a state of recovery during sleep and supplying it with protein will give it the tools it needs to recovery and keep catabolism at bay

Oh, and as for the original question...I try to time my eating schedule to be about 2 hours before bedtime. This way I don't get hungry late. Call me a genius if you like!!! That's just how I roll! LMAO!!!!

to the original poster. have you posted a diet around? just asking because if your daily cals require you to eat late at night them so be it. it's all a continuous cycle.
now if u are just getting hungry out of no where, and still following your approach. i think a chicken breast would be a great addition.

its not my diet that requires me to eat late i night, i just eat when i am hungry and happened to want some chicken around 11:00. being 18 and living with your parents not cooking or buying the groceries its hard to follow a diet. i think im doing just fine without one though, ill post some pics one day.
