    Milk/Cereal? Ok For Bulking?

Im working on cutting down or cutting out my once a week cheat meal.

Im a huge sucker for Raisin Bran cereal and Ive been missing milk more and more lately. Im just wondering if Adding in a small bowl of Raisin Bran Cereal with Skim milk and some Artificial sweetner to my Breakfest meal ( post cardio )

It would be in place of my oats, I figure if ive got something I look foward to in my diet that I wont need to look foward to my cheat meal once a week.

Is this going to be a problem? Currently im trying to bulk, just slowly so I can be cautious and not gain the wrong kind of weight.

try this instead, get some fiber one or all bran cereal and add artificial sweetener and raisins to it, get soymilk or Mootopia milk if you can to limit the sugar, the fiber in the cereal will lower the GI of the entire meal

    oats+cinnamon+splenda+skim milk= delicious.

if you're worried about sugar, don't look at that cereal box.

I eat wheaties in fat free milk...as long as it fits your macros and it is a good kind of cereal than rock on. 2 cups of wheaties, 1 cup of fat free milk, 2 whole eggs and 6 whites makes a nice breakfast in a pinch.

I wouldn't worry about it since your bulking you need the calories,Raison bran =fiber fiber fiber, but any kind of cereal with milk will cause an insulin spike that's why this would be a good pwo resistance training not cardio. If I'm bulking and rite now I just started my winter bulk I add more oatmeal meals throughout the day.Oats hold more water per gram of carbohydrate then most other carbs so I wouldn't trade raison bran for oats ever.

Also if you have a problem with cravings then do not season any of your meals. The more flavor will trigger stronger cravings so keep your meals bland and you won't want sweets or sugar.
