    cutting carbs in the evening

    So I'm trying to cut carbs out after 6pm.....and man I feel freakin starved.....I usally have two small meals after 6pm and sometimes some cottage cheese late night.....but now I feel like I can eat all night long.

    trying figure out what elese can I snack on other than walnuts and almonds...cause sooner or later I'm gonna end up replacing carbs with fats gram for gram

    there have been a lot of threads about this recently. one i believe was titled "eating late at night". in any case, do a little searching, this topic has been hot lately.

    i'm sitting here eating sweet potatos, rice, tuna and tofu, lol, but i just got done working out

    Oh yeah.....sweet potato brn rice and veggie's with grilled chixn breast is what I wanted tonight.......had to settle for just chixn and mixed greens

    Not sure what you mean.....but I ain't haveing any carbs after 6pm.....even low GI or complex. Need to lean out for next week.
