Something going wrong (ptII)
This is a follow up from a previous post in workout section.
Diet.
Meal 1:
1 big cup of oat in yogurt
8 egg whites (scrambled)
1 apple
1 peach
50g nuts
Meal 2 (PW):
2 scoops of whey protein in skimmed milk
1 apple
Meal 3:
2 big potatoes cooked (about 200g)
200g of red meat
Veggies
Meal 4:
200g of rice
150g of tuna (in water)
50g almonds
Meal 5:
2 big potatoes cooked (about 200g)
200g of chicken
Veggies
Meal 6:
8 egg whites
veggies
Meal 7:
1 scoop of whey in milk
50g nuts
*all veggies are grilled and dressed with raw olive oil

Meal 2 needs a source of healthy fats. Have you been following this diet for long? In my opinion you need to eat less clean to bulk as you are having alot of problems gaining.

overall the diet is pretty good.
A few tips of advice....
1) do away with whey protein unless you decide to have it PWO only; otherwise, whole foods are a much better choice for building.
2) list macros for each meal (fats, carbs, cals, protein) and for the entire day.
What are your goals and stats?
revise your diet with the needed.
