    Great bulk for cheap

Well boys and girls bulking season is upon us. I've noticed quite a few threads on good ways to bulk easy and cheap. I would like to share with you all the easy bulking diet I used last fall/winter that packed on 22lbs but fell to 17lbs total after the water fell off.

    Start weight 185
    End Weight 200-205 Fluctuating.

    The Diet

1 Gallon of water per day

    Meal 1 6am
8 Egg Whites and 2 whole eggs omelet
(filled this with sliced tomoato, green pepper, broccoli, 1 strip crumpled bacon)
2 Packs of oatmeal (low sugar) - I cannot stand regular oats.
(oatmeal mixed with 1C 2% milk

    Meal 2 8am
Protein Bar (I prefer CLIF bars)
    cal.270 Fat 8 Carb 30 Pro20

    Meal 3 11am
    2 4oz Chicken Breast
    1C Brown Rice
    1C Broccoli

    Meal 4 2pm
    1 Can Tuna
1 Medium Whole Wheat Pita Bread

    Meal 5 5pm
    2 Scoops Optimum Nutrition w/water
    5g Creatine Monohyrdrate
    1 Banana

    Meal 6 PWO
    16oz 2% Milk
    4 Scoops Cytogainer
    5g Creatine Monohydrate
    1 Banana

    Meal 7 8pm
    2C Whole Wheat Pasta
4oz Chicken Breast or 8oz lean ground beef
    1C Broccoli
1C salad (w/spinach, green pepper, cucumber)

    Meal 8 10pm
    8oz 2% Milk
    2 scoops optimum protein
    1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Now the totals just for the food.. not including tomatos, green peppers, cucumbers, spinach, 1 strip bacon, or mayo for the tuna come to...

    Calories 4,608
    Fat 97
    Carbs 466
    Protein 463

That is Fat 19% Carbs 41% Protein 40%

I followed this diet exactly monday through friday. On the weekends however, I would change a few things up. For example instead of omelets I would make protein pancakes. I would also replace the chicken for red meat or fish. I would also eat 1 Large pizza to myself each weekend (meat lovers of course).

Here was my weekly grocery list that I followed for 15 weeks
    5 Dozen Eggs
    3 Boxes quaker oatmeal
    3 bags frozen brocoli
    7 clif bars
    14 Chicken Breasts
    2 Steaks
1lb tube extra lean ground beef
    1 Pot Roast (optional)
    7 Bananas
    2 bags wheat pasta
3 bags uncle bens brown rice
    5 cans tuna
    2 Gallons 2% milk
    Medium Wheat Pita Bread
    1 extra large bag salad
    1 Bottle coconut oil
    2 Large Tomatos
    2 Green Peppers

I rarely ever walked out of the store dropping over 80-90 dollars.

Now granted I was on cycle for this... And it included.

    Weeks 1-8 Dbol (pyramid cycled)
    week 1-20mg/ed
    week 2-30mg/ed
    week 3-40mg/ed
    week 4-40mg/ed
    week 5-40mg/ed
    week 6-30mg/ed
    week 7-20mg/ed
    week 8-10mg/ed
    Weeks 1-12 Sustanon 250mg eod (m,w,f,sun,tues,thurs,sat,mon,wed,ect)
    Weeks 1-10 Deca 200mg every 6 days.

Hopefully this may help some of you out. It is pretty cost effective and it will get the job done for bulking. After last year there are a few things I would do different.

    1. I wouldn't cycle as long. Next time I think I'll go more around the 6-8 week mark, come off and carb cycle for 6 weeks, then do another bulker before going into carb cycling again, then eventually in to keto dieting.

    2. I would use more coconut oil, like in my eggs.

    3. Add some cottage cheese to the bed time meal

Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints with this diet, some of you may, but then again some of you just may be looking for this...

    enjoy

i always hear the vets saying that u can add muscle naturally if u havent juiced yet, so lets say someone were to eat this diet, WITHOUT any aas, how much muscle do u think someone would gain? u gained 17 WITH aas, so u think MAYBE 5 without?

in 15 weeks? Well I think that probably has some variables to it. Such as
    1. How much you weigh now
    2. How fast your metabolism is
    3. IF you have ever dieted before.
    4. How many cycles you have ran.
    5. Where you are now compared to where you started from

this was my 5th cycle. When i started working out and dieting i was 155 soakin wet, ate my way to 175, then started to cycling with aas. Since then i've been all the way up to 230, and all the way down to 170 with aas cycling and different diets to experiment with different looks.

So, I would assume, if you have never ate this much in a day before you could easily put on 10-12 pounds in 15 weeks naturally. However if you started small and ate to where you are now, and have a few cycles under your belt, then I would assume you could gain between 5-10lbs in 15 weeks.

Just my assumptions. Hope that helps
