Ever since I've started my bulking diet, I have been producing some ridiculous log jammers. You know, the kind of glorious shits that you can be proud of based on sheer volume and shock value. I've got the toilet plunger handy every time I go nowadays, and I'm careful not to crap at friends houses to avoid potentially embarrassing situations.

I'm wondering, is this normal or is there any chance I'm crapping out calories because I'm eating at the wrong time or something of that nature? I can only assume that all the fibrous and starchy complex carbs that I'm eating are contributing to this phenomenon.
