Humongous Turds
Ever since I've started my bulking diet, I have been producing some ridiculous log jammers. You know, the kind of glorious shits that you can be proud of based on sheer volume and shock value. I've got the toilet plunger handy every time I go nowadays, and I'm careful not to crap at friends houses to avoid potentially embarrassing situations.
I'm wondering, is this normal or is there any chance I'm crapping out calories because I'm eating at the wrong time or something of that nature? I can only assume that all the fibrous and starchy complex carbs that I'm eating are contributing to this phenomenon.
Apologies to those who are eating or were about to eat after reading this thread.

Your fine, even if your shitting out extra calories. Your body only assimilates about 20-25% of what you eat as mass anyway. The rest is lost as heat or waste.

man i feel ya, i went from a 15 week cutter to bulking during pct and o man it hurts my turds are so big lol

true true lol i go from shitting 3 times a day runs in the cutter to 3 times a day ass whole expanders lol

I have huge poops no matter if I'm bulking or cutting because of the amount of broccoli I eat. If you're ever feeling bloated or having digestive problems eat a head or couple heads of broccoli. You'll be cleaned out and pooping normal in no time!
