suggestions for a good diet please!
I think my diet is what needs help the most. I would love to get started on a solid, healthy diet. Please help!
Here's an example of my diet:
#1- oatmeal and protein shake
#2- chicken w/ rice or potatoe
#3- smoothie w/ protein
#4- pasta w/ meatballs
I try to get 6 meals a day in but I usually don't make it there. And sometimes I have fastfood if I'm in a hurry, but one8nine usually makes me feel like a peice of sh!t fat @ss for it.

well my main goal is to loose weight. my stats and before pictures are in the members pictures thread

I understand you wanna loose fat. Let's see...
Other than that.
You could have pro-fat meals for your last two meals (5 and 6).
Something like Fish or turkey with a spoon of olive oil and some boiled, baked or grilled veggies.
After workout a protein shake and an apple (i'm apple man. i swear by them. but maybe you like other fruits better. that's up to you).

Check out the post above called "so you want to learn how to diet".. There is a great video seminar in it that will really help you how to construct a diet.. I saw it yesterday and I learned so much.
