Their is a formula you use to tell what your calorie intake should be. What are your stats? height, weight, age?

Your approximate daily caloric maintenance level is: 2735 calories (kcal)

Your daily caloric goal in order to lose weight should be between: 1735 to 2235 calories(kcal)

Your daily caloric goal in order to gain weight should be between: 2985 to 3235 calories(kcal)

You have to get your BF checked.
Then decrease 500 calories from your maintenance level of calories.
Try for a week or so and get your BF checked again and see where your at.

    Repeat.

Here is the simple and best way. Eat a complete meal (EFAs or fats/carbs/protein). When your body tells you that its hungry then eat again. You think a standard formula or a clock knows what your body needs and when? HA!

Eat this: 1 piece of fruit, a cup of green veggies, 1 tbls olive oil, and a chicken breast. There you go. Eat like the pros do.

Not if you eat it with greens and EFAs, brother. If youre a bodybuilder, fruit will do you more good than a grain source will. Take a look at the G Index and G Load of fruit, and then look into what the your liver does with the "sugars" in fruit. Peace out, whisker bisquit.
