alright snack before bed?
alright im lookin to cottage cheese to suppress hunger throughout the night, though unfortunately my brand is not the same, macro wise as others i have seen. is this alright?
1 scoop with 24G PRO/3G CARB/1G Fat/120 CALS
15 ML Flaxseed oil 1G PRO/0G CARB/13.5G FAT/ 125 CALS
1/2 cup cottage cheese 16 G PRO/6G CARB (6G SUGAR)/1.5 G FAT/100 CALS
total:
41G PRO/9G Carb/16G FAT/345 CALS
is that cottage cheese okay?

Casein is generally 24g per scoop, so I'm assuming that's what type of protein powder you're talking about?
Looks like a good last meal... If you find that you're still hungry (since 1/2 cup of cc is not very filling), try a full cup and use the same amount of oil or try a 1 1/2 cup and cut the oil in half. Good choices all around...

up the Cottage cheese less flax IMO u only need 5grams fat for bed
