I have been reading Alan Aragon's books and it's very informative but i wanna see how your experiences are. he suggsted for gaining mass to consume 1 grams of protein per pound of lean bodyweight a day if i understood it correctly he could have meant total bodyweight which he may have he also said for mass gain 2.5-3 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight or lean a day and he said divide total bodyweight by 2-2.5 to get fat needs more mass gain. but for fat loss protein was the same and carbs were only 1 grams per pound of BW and fat was also reduced. whats your exp with putting on lean mass and what splits of macro worked best for you. how much did u expend daily at the gym. I want to keep this going to get what is working for the majority of us BBuilders
