Lo-Carb and Alcohol
I know your gonna say just don't drink, but I'm going to drink and was wondering if drinking hard liquor will ruin the whole lo-carb idea. I looked up the calorie content in Bacardi 151, vodka, etc and it's all alcohol and no carbs, but was wondering if this would take me out of keto?

I know very little about Keto, but my guess would be yes, as your body treats alcohol calories much the same way it treats sugar calories....I could be wrong tho, see if Big Texan or Vera chime in.

IF your going to drink it I'd suggest that you do it only on the day you have your refeed or cheat days

Yes it will throw you out of keto....so, either don't do it or find another diet strategy.
