I'm a former SGX client of the famous SwoleCat who used to be an extremely active member here, who I have great respect for. I did SGX over a year ago and cut from 251 to 222, and was extremely happy with the results.

My question, what's the main difference between SGX and the bulking program SUP2? Is it just an increase in macros with different lifting patterns?

I plan on re-joining after the new year so I can cut about 5-8 lbs by running SGX for the next 2 months during the holidays. Was just curious what I'd be getting into and what type of results SUP2 users have had.
