    Smile need help??

    I need a diet plan so I can lose belly fat, but I don't wanna lose any muscle mass with it. I was on a bulking phase which I did extremely well. now I wanna keep my muscle gains and lose the belly fat. I'm 225 lbs.

    Losing the belly fat and keeping 100 percent of the muscle mass will require a lot of hard work. Ive never heard of being able to lose target fat? You just have to cut down on body fat.

    ditto! once you've done some homework, post up a sample of what you are planning to eat for a day with a breakdown of macros (protein,carbs,fat,calories,meals, etc.) and let it be critiqued
