Reflux / Sugar safe Bulking diet

Any advice or links on good diet plans for Bulking up - but it should be
    1) Sugar safe to a large extent (for people with slghtly high glucose levels)AND
    2) Reflux / Alkaline for the most part (for people with reflux / gerd issues) AND
    3) Low sodium to keep the bp in check.

Also, what type of protein is best for people with reflux issues? I use whey isolate but it gives me upset stomach sometimes.

Looking at approx 2300-2600 cals a day.

I've never heard of any good protein sources causing acid reflux to act up... THough sometimes shakes give me an upset stomach as well.

These are some of the things to stay away from but I'm sure you know this.

    fruits and juices
    chocolate
    caffeine
    tomato products
    foods high in fat
    spicy foods
non-foods to avoid with acid reflux:
    cola drinks
    cold remedies
    weight control aids
    pain relievers

As far as your bulking diet goes, what are your current stats and goals?

Absolutely protein can cause an acid reflux. Acid reflux in most cases is the result of LOW stomach acid. Low stomach acid would make the digestion of protein into amino acids very difficult.

I would be assuming if its shakes that give an upset stomach its because its moving to quickly through the GI tract and you have a bit of leaky gut causing an allergic reaction of its a case of intolerance to lactose.
