that horse food is a pain in the ass.
I take it with milk or with jogurt (if i take it).

if it bothers you that much throw them in a blender all at one time and store the "oat flour" then just add to your protein...after you shake let sit for a min shake again ...let sit a min and drink up....
(now someone will say oh but that will increase gi *L* yeah like 5 points maybe!)

Drinking them is so much easier. It cant be that bad you do have to keep swirling your shaker so they dont end up at the bottom so when your finished your not left with soggy oats you dont want to finish Only way to go in my opinon.

I just dump some quaker oats in a bowl pour water in until it covers the oats, microwave it (1 min for 1/2 cup or 1 1/2 for a cup) take it out put some splenda and cinamon in it, stir and eat/drink. (It gets pretty watery so I drink it out of the bowl.

Ive been trying this coffee grinder method for the last week and I love it. Half cup into my PWO shake and it even takes on the taste of the choco shake quite well. Dont know if its a placebo effect of trying something new, but an hour after the shake (right about time for the next meal) Im getting a real burst of energy.

Ive fount that if I mix them in "Pro Nos" protein shake they seem to stay suspended and dont settle to the bottom quickly. The other 2 brands I have are not as good, but the Pro Nos is a little thicker to start with, almost like a runny milkshake.
