What do you think about my diet?

    meal 1
    -4 eggs
    -protein shake (1 cup oats+protein)
    -piece of fruit

    meal 2
-2 sandwich (2 pieces of turkey ham, spinach, cheese) with WW bread
    -2 scoops of PB

    meal 3
    -protein bar
    - 2 cans of tuna (I make like a "tuna cream" tuna+1cupcottagecheese+jalapenios)
-1/4 serving of almonds + a piece of fruit

    meal 4
-protein shake with peanut butter, oats+creatine glutamine

    GYM

    meal 5
    -1 cup of brown rice
-chicken or steak with frozen veggies or a salad with olive oil

I am planning of doing one cycle the next year ( I have been reading alot and I want to be prepared before I do anything) I'm tired of being skinny I want to bulk up to 190lbs ASAP

Should I change my diet before doing any cycle?

Depending on your activity level, I'll guestimate your maintenance caloric intake should be around 2600kcals. If you want to bulk go ahead and increase your count to 3500-4000kcal if possible. Maybe go for a 35/45/20, pro, carb, fat ratio; making totals out to be pro - 300g, carbs -
    400-500g, and fat - 80-90g.

What's your training/cardio like? Hope this helps, should give you some solid mass.

Yea dude you definitely need to put some bulk into your diet and train and eat longer before doing any cycle. You are way too young.

    How tall are you?

Eat 6 meals a day with no shakes, the only shake or protein supplement you should have is right after your workout.

Each meal should have a good amount of macro nutrients, protein should be around 30-40 grams, complex carbs 50-65 grams, and good fats 10-20 grams

Aim for around 3300-3700 calories a day.

If you are tired of being skinny than diet and diet alone is your key to getting bigger, you can pump yourself up with whatever drugs you want but you wont gain the weight and you wont keep it either if your diet is shit. Eat real food, skip the protein supps and train hard and you will put weight on.

cardio: 3 times a week 45 min treadmill

thanks for the help!! everyone I really appreciate it.

I've been wokring out for 2 years and I dont really want to spend other 3 or more years to achieve my goal. I want to look good now, and I know that I can accomplish my goals quicker by doing a cycle, I know if I use them correctly, nothing bad is going to happen to me.

Also what do you think about putting peanut butter in my shakes?? Somebody told me that it will low my insuline levels?

Why are you doing cardio? Cardio+Bulking=Bad

PB is great for bulking. Do it.

I don't want to start a huge debate, because I've heard both opinions from credible sources (such as Mr. CT). However, I have been bulking for about 6 months straight now, and I have a very fast metabolism... I find that doing cardio 1-3 times a week, low intensity separate from lifting helps keep me @ approx 10%BF. Oh, I went from 150-190 in about 6 months natty with proper diet. Thanks to all you guys. I think that gaining 40lbs w/ no Cardio could be detrimental to cardiovascular health, don't you? @ least doin a little should be ok.

It would be a good debate. I have seen both sides, but at 160lbs while trying to bulk seems counterproductive to me.
