    started new diet

    Well The Kid started his new diet this week, and it's been hell! Low Carb, high Protien, and little energy? any advice?

    sorry bout that! I have just started to listen about my diet. I'm trying to get rid of my stomach. While Not loosing the muscle I've gained.

    Is there anyway to get energy without sacrificing my diet?

    you could try caffeine, or some people use t3/t4 although i wouldn't. it might take you a few days to get used to the diet though.

    i'd try that first, then caffeine supps. not like soda, although diet wouldn't be awful
