Morning Shake?
Guys, i know your supposed to do cardio on an empty stomach...but i see some guys talking about a shake before cardio...i was wondering what is best...before cardio or after..and if the shake counts as on an empty stomach...i mean clearly thats not on an "empty stomach" but...
also...im thinking this is going to be my morning shake..its gonna taste like ass...but imma house it down...hows this look
1-cup oats
3 egg whites
2 whole eggs
Flax seed oil
Skim milk
Protein
Coffee
Glutamine
Arginine

My wakeup shake consists of this, not pre cardio supps
2 scoops on whey
5G BCAA instantized
5-10G Glutamine
water
I take in no carbs because I want the preferred source of energy to be fat.
Providing fast digesting whey protein after 8 hours of rest is need and also provides your body with some protein to spare if you do some high intensity cardio . I do low intesity
