    need help on a good diet

    Im needing some help on a good diet,ok im 33 and have low test,my toatal test is 134 and free test is 47,im 6'3 and 253,bf index says im 23,and when my test levels was good i was 16 bf,im just wanting a good solid diet because the endo put me on 100 mg a week of test cyp,and he said i should get my energy back,so i was wanting some info on a good diet while working out,and im going to do cardio on empty stomach in mornings,any help will be appeciated.

    I agree. Do some research then post a sample diet (what you eat for one whole day). Be sure to post the macros (cals, protein, carbs, fat). Start a new post with that and I'm sure there will be plenty of help for ya bro.

    ok ill look on here but,i dont even no what macros is,im tring to find out,all i have found is diets for people who are in good shape,thanks i will see whats on here in the diet section.

    You need to first understand the basics and even some of the words (macros).
    What works for one person does not mean it will work for you.
    Learn, you can learn alot from this board.
    If we handed out everyone a personal diet, we'd should be getting paid as well as you would a sports nutritionist.
    I been doing this for 4 years and Im still learning.
    Read the stickies, lots of good info

    Also have a goal in mind before you start anything, your diet is based on ur goal

    I use the site http://www.the dailyplate. com/ when I am researching a diet. Of course you need to remove the spaces.
