any serving sizes or macros?
first thing is that you eat almost all simple carbs, i would add in a few complex carbs instead of the sugar things like yogurt
all in all its not that bad, how long have you been on it, and any results? also, what kind of cardio are you doing along with it?

havent started it yet, i got a little lazy during christmas time so i started training again almost a week ago and thought i should try a new diet and try cutting fat
i do cardio 5 times a week for 45mins a day and i train for about an hour 5 days a week as well and sometimes get another day of cardio depending on my work schedule
but wat kind of simple complex would u recomend, i should have mentioned the yougart is fat free lol, i kind of wanted to get something sweet into my diet cuz i have a bit of a sweet tooth but i can replace it with something else wat would u recomend
for serving sizes they are not to big, i can rewrite the diet tom with some more detailLast edited by puttjattade95; 01-09-2009 at 03:14 AM.

yeah a little more detail would help. its not the fat in yogurt, its the sugar that isn't good.
complex carbs would be potatoes, sweet potatoes, even plain oatmeal (not instant oatmeal either)

put it in for breakfast prob.
instant oatmeal is like white bread, enriched flour with nothing good left in it. not to mention how much sugar is on it
