need to lose weight
ok weigh 312 right now , looking to get to around 250/230 by summer time
(which i used to be before getting married). started back at the gym weight training and approx 45-60 mins of cardio a day and dieting. my question is should i stick with cardio only or continue doing both weights/cardio. i also have some clen that im thinking of using with my training.

diet and cardio. diet and cardio. As we speak, I do 45 min low int. cardio right after my weights; 4 times/week. Take 220 - age X 65% = fat burning zone. Need to be consistent, bro. As for your diet, Id' ask some other members this ques. Im 5'7 192 right now( last Oct. 2007 I was a chunky 205 ) and I want to get to 180 in the next 60-90 days. I know I can do it, but as far as advice to lose 60-80 lbs in the next 5 months, you might need a specific diet. Good luck!!

Ya im doing the so call fat burning cardio stage everyday that i can....just after lifing it takes alot out of me to want to even do cardio but i still do. Im doing a modified low carb diet so far so good...

I think cardio only will help you reach your specific goals.
Diet and cardio, diet and cardio.
If you are gonna do weights and cardio, always do cardio last. And remember the first 20 minutes of cardio doesn't really count. Or rather the only cardio that is effective is after the first 20 minutes.
