    Crab meat

    Anyone actually use crab meat in their diet? I have a couple bags here and I thought about tearing into one but it has a bit of sodium...

    Also, Ive started a trend with myself putting lemon juice on everything! In my crystal light, on my chicken, with tuna, etc... Is this a problem??

    i don't think so. besides vitamin c i doubt theres enough of anything in a lemon to be bad for you diet.

    i don't know about crab, but shrimp seems pretty high in cholesterol. not enough to turn me away from it, when i don't have to pay for it, i like any good seafood/shellfish
