Egg Whites International ???
Ive just started using this stuff and if it is wat it says it is then you need to go get some! I have replaced my egg white omelets and steak in the morning with this stuff to cut out the time to prep and $$$ on different types of food. it is also a good addition to your protein shakes. i do have a Q though. do you guys think that it is okay to replace a meal or two with this stuff? i think i mite knock out that dreaded whole can of tuna or salmon that seems to be so repetitive with this. Im just gonna mix it in with some gatorade. do you think this is benificial or am i missing out on some nutrients?
( If you have not heard of it check it out)

looks like just 'egg whites'...you can get that at any grocery store.
I wouldn't replace a whole meal with it, but you can replace what ever egg whites you usually eat with that.
And yes, that guy is a tool.

No you cant buy it at the grocery store because its pasturized. you can eat these things raw and they have no smell or taste.

I'm positive they sell pasteurized egg whites at grocery stores.

well i know that i deff. would not want to drink egg beaters. smell and taste like shi*. E.W.I easily mix in with any drink w/o the odor or taste. they have a protein content of 26g per cup. my question is would it be okay to replace breakfast with two cups of these when i dont have time to cook in the morning ?

How do the egg beaters taste raw? It just sounds bad..but listening to yall drinking it makes me want to drink it instead of cooking it since it loses protein

the egg is only 100% bioavailable if you consume the whole egg, and since egg beaters only contain less than 1% egg yolk then the bioavailability is going to be less than 100%, though i don't know by how much
pasteurized lose around 5% of their protein to digestion, while uncooked raw egg whites lose around 25% i believe

Well the EWI company lies. On the container it says "100% Bio-available"......basterds
