Cutting & Eating Out
Have any of you guys found something served at a restaurant that's suitable for a cutting diet?
One thing I'm considering is getting a chicken pita at the Pita Pit. The only problem is that they fry the chicken...
Edit: Here's the info for the chicken pita
Pita Bread Wheat 200 calories, 1g fat, 8g protein, 40g carbs
chicken 102.6 calories, 1.4g fat, 20.5g protein, 0 carbs
caesar 35 calories, 2.3g fat, 0.5g protein 3 carbs

i usually get the steak and salad

grilled chicken ceaser salad no croutons , fat free or low fat ceasar dressing on the side..
