Diet critique plz

22 years old
10:15 breakfast
5egg whites 1 whole- 220calories 25g protein 4.5g fat
2 packet oatmeal 300 calories 8g protein 52g carbs, 4g fat.
12:30 2 cans chicken salad 250 calories prtoein 50g, 13g carbs 5g fat
celery 30 calories 6g carbs
1tbls peanut butter 90 calories 4g protein 3g carbs 8g fat
PWO 3:15 2 scoop protein 260 calories 42g protein 12g carbs 4g fat
1 banana 120calories 2g protein 30g carbs
1 1/2 servings dried cranberries 180 calories 1g protein 50g carbs
4oz milk 80 calories 4g protien 5g carbs 4g fat
5:15: 8oz london broil 290 calories 50g protien 10g fat
celery 50 calories 10g carbs
8:00 6oz turkey breast. 120calories 30g protein 4g fat
10:15 protein shake water 130 calories, 21 grams protein 6g carbs 2g fat

looking to cut dont thikn i had enough protein but can u cretique this please, had work so couldnt really eat much between 8-11

other then daily workout i have no other exercise in my day just sitten on my ass lol, unless i do something with my friends

What is your body fat?
Your calories look very low.

your cals are too low and is oatmeal packets flavored because they are bad to just use plain old fashioned oats you need to use the bmr formula first then adjust macros

i think im gonna go off ur theory of 40/40/20 my basal metabolic rate on moderate is 3200 calories - 500 for cutting, will take me 2 2700 calories a day on workout days and non workout days and cardio days i will do my BMR which is 2260 - 500 for cutting and do around 1800 calories, so
workout days 275g protein/275g carbs/60g fat, rounded for the day. is this good for me 2 do or should i drop carbs to around 225-250?

sounds good, im on a strict ass diet now, yesterday i managed to eat 240g protein, 210g carbs, and 72g fat... so i got a little more calories in me... but it was a cardio day and i wasnt even hungry that much i was just stuffing food down every 2.5 hours -_- should i not do that?

o and whats ur thoughts on hydroxycut hardcore??? i take 2 when i wake up and 2 b4 i hit the gym, i seem to b shreding fat faster then normal. ill post pix on monday of last weeks pix and this weeks pix i think i see results already
