Prospective clean bulk diet, please critique

I listed my meal plan below. The hard gainer article said that I should aim to get 300g protein, 400g carb, and 150g fat. I am lacking in the carb and fat stats. Could you all give me suggestions on what to do to fix that? Also any other things that I could change to avoid mistakes in my diet would help me a lot.

P/C/F. 1 cup oatmeal is 10/50/6 and a tablespoon of peanut butter is 5/3/8.

Oatmeal is a great carb and natural peanut butter is a great fat.

More importantly what are your stats. 4000+ calories may be excessive for you. Your current diet might just be really close to what you need.

I would shoot for 3300ish calories. See how that goes for about an month and adjust it up it 400 cals if no progress.
