Critique my diet -_-
Age - 24
Height - 6'3
Weight - 190
BF% - 13-16
Goal - gaining muscle mass w/VERY little fat gain
AM CARDIO 30-45 mins - Before leaving home Mix of BCAA and GLUTAMINE w/water
Meal 1
8 Egg Whites 2 whole eggs - Cup of oats
Meal 2
Can of tuna - 2 slices of wheat bread
Meal 3
6oz 93% Lean ground Beef - Cup of brown rice - Cup of Broccoli
Pre W/o N.O Drink - 20g Whey - banana
Post W/o Creatine - 50g Whey - Cup of Oats
Meal 4
5oz turkey/chicken - Tablespoon Flaxseed oil/Fishoil
Meal 5
8oz Salmon - serving(28) of almonds
Protein 313g 41%
Carbs 221g 29%
Fat 98g 29%

This is a picture from my last workout run. I'm around this same shape now with about 4% more BF just to give you guys an idea.

Good diet. I would try to add another meal with about 400 cals. Might not hurt to add some carbs to meal 4.

If I add in another meal and throw in say some rice in meal 4 that would put me at 3,200 Calories. You think that's enough? I'm going to have a hard time adding a meal but I knew that I needed to. I'll prob just do more tuna or chicken. I tried the Cottage Cheese thing late but can't do it. You have to eat way to much.
Yeah I was taking so much crap then it wasn't funny, I thought the more supps you took the better shape you'd get in I guess lol

Agree with Fallen, maybe some carbs in meal #4 but I would keep it in the 40-50g range that will add around 200 calories. Being you are already around 3000 calories I would add them in 200 at a time. I would also add in broccoli to at least 2 more meals.

I got the first REAL good pump since I started back. Feels like I am "cumming"
Come on you guys, you're supposed to be experts which I am far from, what else can I do to make my diet even better. Hook me up, i'm ready to put my heart and mind into this.

What would be a good weight to set my goals at before I do a cut? tbh i'd like to cut now, but I know I need to add on the size or i'll look like a runner or something lol.
