if you drink a table spoon of if it you will lose alot of weight. and about four hours of your life, you will shit non stop for hours..

i have known people that have done it to shrink their waist for a military tape test.. you will lose weight but not fat though. just cleans your system..

^^the water weight isn't significant enough to try it.

And it only lasts for a couple hours max... less if you practice proper hydration.

Dehydrated bodybuilders use it to shed that last bit of subcutaneous water before stage time.

I've used it a couple times over the years.

The key thing to remember is that i was already dehydrated.

Normal hydration + epsom salts bathe = waste of time for the normal individual.
