How Much Weight?
Going by your exp in the past, how much weight do you like put on before you start your cut?
I've put on 7lbs in 3 weeks.
I am starting to realize that the lean bulk is a joke. Fat has arrived, but is minimal. How many lbs do you pack on before you like to shed it off?

This is my first true bulk i've ever done, and tbh the fat gain is freaking me out a little.
If I up my cardio 2x a day would it hurt my muscle gain that bad?

yeah well i'm waiting to gear up. I can start whenever i'm ready, I just don't think I should hit it yet. maybe another 6 months to a year. So what your saying is I should only pack a few more on and then cut it?
That would end up being around a 2 month bulk, sound about right? Like I said, never bulked before. Thanks for the help.

this is all preference... but for me i will start adding weight from dec to march one or two lbs a month... i really go by bf% but i know 10 lbs is good at the most 12 is too much and 5 is too little ... in march i start to cut down by the end of may i am right where i need to be 10 ish % bf or just a little less... if i was geared up, then i would hit a full cycle and pct then check how i feel then rip it up or rest and cycle agian... imo
